In the thesis decided to actual scientific problem of building a holistic approach to development and management of integrated business structures airlines according to their resources and capabilities consolidation. The main scientific result of work - the methodological principles of integrated management businesses based poliyerarhichnoho approach, covering conceptual approaches for the management of IBS levels, theoretical and methodological principles of functional capacities evaluation and prediction of the levels of consolidation. This makes it possible to coordinate the integration processes on selected criteria according to the possible scenarios to ensure continuity of activity, the development of IBS and its implementation.
