Bondarenko V. The theoretical basis for the survivability of telecommunication networks based on calculation of semantic structures.

The work is devoted to development of theoretical foundations to ensure the survivability of telecommunications networks and includes a set of theories (theory of structural graph objects, calculus of semantic structures), models, methods to implement the principle of integrated survivability in the design of perspective and modification of existing telecommunication systems. A special feature of the proposed approach to ensure the survivability of telecommunications networks is that the developed theory can be considered hardware, information, software, organizational destructive effects of a single complex, considering a telecommunication network as a ergodic system. In addition, the developed theory has the opportunity to formalize the knowledge of the network and the destructive effects of social and physical environment on its work.
