Dorovskyi O. Justification of pharmaceutical industry development strategy choice in Ukraine

In this dissertation developed a new conceptual approach to the solution of actual problems of scientific substantiation of a choice of strategy of development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine. Performed in the study provided a number of interrelated scientific and practical results of different levels: methodological, theoretical and empirical. From the position of synergetic paradigm and synthesis of a number of schools of strategic management author proposed the concept of formation of strategy of development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine. The developed methodical approach to the choice of strategy of development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which is based on the proposed concept and consists of a number of successive stages. Methodical approach to assessing the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which is carried out using a hierarchically built system of indicators and includes a whole number component. The methodical approach to the choice of strategy of increase of competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which is based on identifying strengths and weaknesses and the choice of General and functional strategies in accordance with the system of interconnected matrices. Developed a matrix approach to the selection of General and functional strategies to improve competitiveness and the development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which provides for consistency and synthesis of a number of functional strategies. Developed methodological approaches to assessing the impact of macro - and micro - environments on the development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which are based respectively on PEST - and HERE is the analysis of opportunities and threats and the cognitive approach to determining their causal relationships. Proposed scenario-based approach to the selection of possible variants of development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, which is based on cognitive models and includes macro, micro and internal environment, takes into account the conditions of the WTO and the Association agreement with the EU.
