Lynnyk M. The organization of the detection and treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and measures for their improvement

The object of study: patients with pulmonary tuberculosis; aim - to increase the effectiveness of detection and treatment of patients with pulmonarys tuberculosis, monitoring and prognosis the development of the epidemiological situation identified by the cause-effect trends of their development and the working out of appropriate measures for their improvement. Methods: clinical, laboratory, X -ray, mathematical, statistical. Novelty: was proved the influence of high levels of environmental pollution in areas on the increasing of the incidence, prevalence, mortality from tuberculosis and development of more severe clinical forms of the disease; was determinated the influence of increasing of number of phthisiosurgical treatment on the delay of TB epidemic; was proved the expediency of using of computer tomography for monitoring the effectiveness of treatment and prediction their results; were revealed features of densitometric computed tomography indices during examining of patients with co-infection TB / HIV. The model of the TB epidemiological situation in Ukraine and the prognosis of it development that it is necessary to rational planning of antituberculosis measures has been developed.
