Essay

Theoretical extension and a potential solution of the scientific issues that lies in the developing an integral concept of legal regulation of relations of rural areas social development based on the general principle of social justice was explored in this dissertation. The definition of legal relations of rural areas social development and its classification was discovered. The special principles of the Institute of rural areas social development and its place in the system of agrarian law as field of law were determined. Attention was paid to the mechanism of realization of socio-economic and cultural rights of farmers.
