Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an actual science problem creating methods and means of effective personal dust protection of breathing organs of mineworkers. The analysis of factors that decrease the effectiveness of respiratory protection subject to working conditions of miners by dust factor in coal enterprises is carried out. The task of pressure difference variation on filter respirators while breathing process with using filtration model of interconnected canals and parallel cylinders is solved. The obtained results of mathematical models are summarized. The task of change pressure differential on filtering respirators while breathing process is solved using filtration models of interdependent channels and parallel cylinders and to generalize the results received on mathematical models. Theoretical dependences of differential pressure on respirators under different phases of filtering aerosol and resistance of breathing from accumulation intensity of dust sediment while constant and variable filtering speed taking into account main parameters of filtering surface and average conditions of their use are set. Highly effective filtering personal protection equipment's of breathing organs based on received dependences of breathing resistance from dust accumulation intensity under variable filtering speed are developed.
