Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solve actual scientific problems of automatic control methods pulp dilution in ball crushes that grind output ore on iron ore concentrating plants, through the adaptive diluted control process and optimization of the dynamics of pulp dilution based on new models of technological processes, improvement of assessment methods and approaches to increase the accuracy of defining technological parameters. New models of technological processes were created according to the parameter of pulp dilution and the approaches of forecasting the correlation hard/soft in the stages of grinding. The developed control method of grinding ore with classifier sands includes two hierarchical levels. The first hierarchical level is adaptive, operates cyclically and provides fixed pulp dilution in a ball mill. Adaptive control of the second hierarchical level is carried out in the limits of the first level supplying necessary water to reach the fixed pulp dilution in the technological aggregate by three streams - on the ore surface, into the receiver of the spiral feeder and directly into the ball mill. Based on the developed methods we worked out systems of adaptive distributed control of ore grinding, which allow achieving significant technical and economic indicators. Industry - automation of management processes (technical sciences).
