Object of the study is social-economic relations, connected with activity enterprise in mining industry of the Ukraine. Objective of study is development scientifically-theoretical and methodical positions, shaping to holistic concept and motivation of the mechanism of the government regulation rent relations, connected with activity enterprise in mining industry, taking into account institutional to particularities of the Ukraine. Methods of research are formal and dialectical logic, system, history and institutional of the analysis, statistical analysis, mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: shaping to holistic concept and motivation of the mechanism of the government regulation rent relations, connected with activity enterprise in mining industry, taking into account institutional to particularities of the Ukraine; offers on improvement of the government regulation rent relations and systems special rent taxations enterprise in mining industry of the Ukraine. Novelty: development methodological, theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions of the government regulation rent relations, in accordance with activity of mountain industry, with provision for institutional of the particularities of the Ukraine for increasing of efficiency of the system of the government regulation and special rent of the taxation enterprise in mining industry.
