Dissertation is devoted to complex research of legal relationships in the field of biotechnologies, to formulation on this basis of theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for the improvement of the legal providing in this sphere. The structure of work is built by successive consideration of theory of legal relationships, to historical pre-conditions of forming of legislation, methodology and maintenance of legal relationships, a separate division is occupied by systematization of legal relationships, the features of realization of legal relationships, mechanism of the legal adjusting, adjusting of innovative activity, biological safety and legal responsibility are considered also for offence in the field of biotechnologies. Division, sanctified to development of legal relationships contains the theoretical going near the structure of legislation, features of the legal adjusting of the use of bioresources and ecology of man and society, inter-branch tasks of the legal adjusting in the field of biotechnology.
