Essay

The purpose of the study - early diagnosis and optimization of the effectiveness of treatment patients withdifferent control of type 2 diabetesmellitus and arterial hypertension based on definitions status, dynamics and modified connections between endothelial function and platelet hemostasis. Object of the study - type 2 DM with different control and arterial hypertension. The subject of the study - endothelial function, kidneysfunction, lipid profile, platelet hemostasis, connections between them and dynamics of changes after treatment. Research methods: clinical, instrumental, laboratory, biochemical, immunoassay, transmission electronic microscopy, phase-contrastmicroscopy, morphometria, stereological, mathematical. The dissertation presents a new solution to the problem of modern endocrinology to optimize diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction and platelet hemostatic changes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of quantitative morphological analysis of platelets ultrastructure improving treatment of patients with different levels of compensation for type 2 diabetes mellitus with the definition of hypertension treatment effectiveness in these patients. A strategy diagnostic and therapeutic measures for correction of endothelial function and hemostatic disorders depending of the degree of compensation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension has been developed.Applicationarea is a systemof health, endocrinology, therapy.
