Aim of research: to develop and substantiate the theoretical and methodological and scientific and applied bases of institutional regulation of development of innovations in agrarian business. Object of research: the process of institutional regulation of innovation development of agrarian business. Methods of research: statistical and economic; ratings; cluster analysis; econometric; fuzzy sets; sociological research; abstract and logical. Theoretical results: theoretical and methodological foundations of institutional regulation of development of innovations in agrarian business. Practical results: the developed theoretical provisions and methodological recommendations deepen the practice of institutional regulation of innovation development and provide the possibility for activation of innovative process in agrarian business. Scientific novelty: conceptual model of institutional regulation of innovation development of agrarian business, the essence of which is the application of a systematic approach to the implementation of innovative transformations through the introduction of tools of activation of innovative processes, the formation of the institutional environment, the implementation of strategies and programs of innovative development and creation of innovative infrastructure.
