Essay

In the dissertation investigated resource aspect of energy security and the national economy and features of realization of organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring it. Taking into account the structural features of the economic system in Ukraine and ways of its development, to analyze economic relations on the formation and use of FER proposed a model of formation and use of energy resources. On this basis developed the mechanism of formation and use of energy resources, which, combining all of the fuel and energy complex, characterizes the reserves of energy efficiency and energy conservation, as a factor of energy supply in the national economy.
