Object: Processes functioning of agricultural markets. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological foundations and laws of functioning of agricultural markets and development of complex applications recommendations to improve its operations. Methods: comparing, ordering, structural and functional and logic synthesis, integrated approach, sociological, statistical methods, mathematical modeling, abstraction, grouping, balance, inspection, monographic, calculation and constructive, marketing, descriptive. It is offered: conceptual approach to structuring the agricultural market; theoretical and methodological foundations block system of regulation of the formation and movement of raw-resource flows to agricultural production based on logistics; methodological approaches calculation of subsidies on agricultural products; structural-functional model "Information Center"; improved methodological approach of opening the characteristics of the essence of the evolution of agricultural markets.
