We conducted a five-year prospective cohort study of the effect of HAART on survival of patients with HIV in Ukraine. It was found that the overall cumulative survival patients with HIV on HAART during 5 years is 87 %, with the main cause of death is a form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Identified predictors of unfavorable prognosis in patients with HIV infection after starting HAART. In patients with HAART we found normalization serum level of IL-17, and level of IL-10 is elevated only in severe immunosuppression.Established that on HAART is an increase of the average volume of red blood cells, which can be used as an additional method for assessing patient adherence to treatment. Additional appointments silicon-organic enterosorbent for patients with HIV receiving HAART increases its immunological effectiveness. In work we developed a forecast of the HIV epidemic in the Zaporyzhzhia region in the 2014-2018.
