Essay

Examined and treated 2915 patients and analyzed data from their medical records. As a result of studying the dynamics of disease in the period from 2004 to 2013 was the basic directions of research in the form of diseases of the respiratory and central nervous systems as having a high frequency and far-reaching consequences for the health status of the patient. It was found that the performance of the epidemic process in the Odessa region higher than Ukraine average in the same area are higher in areas with good infrastructure and transport links, lower - in rural areas. A result of research was formed during the presentation of the disease against deep immunosuppression as a condition characterized by frequent combination of several nosology, in most cases accompanied by a disturbance of the liver and kidneys. Proposed to include treatment regimens hepatoprotectors and nefroprotektors that will prevent or reduce the toxic effects of drugs used in the treatment of HIV-infected long courses. Based on the results of the criteria evaluation of the risk of death in patients with HIV infection. Have been described peculiarities and predictability of the immune rebound syndrome (IRS). Evaluation criteria developed spreadsheet risk of IRS.
