BUSOL O. Сounteraction to corruption crime in Ukraine in the context of modern anticorruption strategy.

In the dissertation on the basis of complex usage of modern methods of research of corruption and corrupt crime, taking into consideration culturological approach, were researched criminological problems of counteraction to corruption crime in Ukraine in the context of modern anticorruption strategy. Genesis of the term "counteraction to corruption", characteristics of modern state of counteraction to corruption crime in Ukraine, policy of state in this direction during modern period were examined. Level of corruption crime in Ukraine in certain spheres of activity of society was researched. The comparative analysis of anti-corruption strategies of Central and Eastern Europe were made. Suggestions of criminological, criminal and legal character directed on improving measures of counteractions to corruption crime in Ukraine and Ukrainian anti-corruption legislation. Proposed in the dissertation concept is combating corruption crime in Ukraine is scientific characteristic unity of ideas which are providing orientation strategy on identity formation, its quality components and devoid of corruption worldview.
