Essay

The theoretical generalization is carried out and the new decision of the relevant problem of innovation culture formation in future culturologists in higher educational establishment is offered in the study. The essential content of the concept of "innovation culture of the future culturologists" and related concepts with it: innovative knowledge, innovation activity, innovative thinking is specified. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of innovative culture formation in the future culturologists in the process of general professional training is proved developed. The integrative factor of realization of these foundations in a real university educational practice is a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions: orientation of educational process to increase the level of general culture, moral and ethical qualities of students, the creation of information space of modern innovative socio-cultural knowledge, involved to promote the innovation potential of future culturologists, based on a system-synergetic paradigm of fundamental science and education, the formation of innovative environment-activity aimed at developing innovative knowledge, innovative thinking and innovative personality of the student, the development of a positive motivational and value attitude of the student to the "new" as a foundation in constant self-improvement and self-realization in the process of future professional practice and self-determination for the purpose of life, improvement of didactic ensuring the implementation of the principle of unity of content, procedural and motivational-value sides of teaching and learning activities of innovative nature by means of interdisciplinary cooperation on the basis of the idea of emergency, development and implementation of professional-oriented interdisciplinary teaching facilities within the experimental structural and functional model of this process.
