Object of the study is processes of the motivation and realization industrial politicians in Ukraine. Objective of study is motivation to concepts of the shaping and realization industrial politicians in Ukraine in condition globalization and integrations of its economy. Methods of research are theory of the logic and hypothesis-deductive, formalizations and modeling, grouping, comparisons and descriptions, simulation modeling and scenario approach, categorizations. Theoretical and practical results: the concept of the shaping and realization industrial politicians in country; methodical approach to shaping the mechanism to realization industrial politicians in Ukraine. Novelty: worded concept new industrial politicians in Ukraine with provision for globalization and integrations of its economy and change the technological base of its development.
