3. The process of formation of assessment and regulation of technogenic losses in the national economy is the research object. The reasoning of conceptual, methodological, methodical and applied principles of economic assessment and state regulation of technogenic losses in the national economy is the research goal. The research methods are as following: systematic, generalization, grouping, ranking, assessment and forecasting, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, semantic analysis, statistical analysis, single and multi-correlation and regression analysis, fuzzy logic modeling, structural and logical modeling, fuzzy cluster analysis, morphological analysis, graphic. The methodological principles of assessment, modeling and forecasting of technogenic morbidity and technogenic mortality of Ukrainian people; the technogenic soliton model based on the industrial symbiosis of economic structures that use the interaction byproducts; the method of state regulation choice of tehnogenic damage and losses of the national economy have been firstly developed. The classification of technogenic losses in the national economy; the system of indicators of technologenic assessment of damage and losses, caused in the national economy; methodological approach to comprehensive economic assessment of technogenic losses in each kind of economic activity of the national economy of Ukraine; system of taxing instruments and methods of state regulation of technogenic losses in the mechanism of national economy management have been improved. The establishment of linkages between factors of technogenic damages appearance based on the trending patterns of destructive factors of economic activity impact on the environment and society; scientific and methodical approach to economic assessment of caused and forecasted technogenic damage, affected by ordinary and extraordinary economic activities of enterprises in different economic activities of the national economy; the conceptual theses of the national logistics system; theoretical theses on forming tools of state regulation of technogenic losses in the national economy have been developed. The author's proposals have been used for formation and realization of the policy of state regulation of destructive technogenic impact of economic activity on people, environment and economy and economic assessment of technogenic losses, caused by it. The national economy is the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
