Essay

In the dissertation theoretico-methodological foundations of systemic crisis phenomena, which accompany political modernization, are considered. The crisis phenomena of Ukrainian political system are analyzed with the consideration for algorithm of modernization's transformations (Russian and Soviet empires), a part of which was the territory of modern Ukraine. It is proposed to consider systemic political crises in modern Ukraine as the inertia of modernization wave of "perestroika". The phenomenon of Maidan is considered as the extreme stage of political system dysfunction with multiple mutualycaused crises - legitimateness, identification, participation, spreading and dividing.
