The object of study: the content of structural factors Agrarian Policy in the economic development of inter-industry relations in agricultural production by market conditions. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations contents of structural factors determining their place and role in agricultural policy and the agricultural sector and develop practical recommendations for developing effective intersectoral proportions economic mechanism to stimulate agriculture production in Ukraine. Methods: abstract, logical, monographic, statistical groupings, comparison, correlation and regression, modeling. Scientific novelty: the first made theoretical and methodological study of structural changes in efficiency of interbranch relations in a dynamic series based on the allocation of three periods of sugar beet subcomplex of Ukraine; proved unfounded terminological interpretation of the term "agricultural sector of Ukraine" as "agriculture"; improved definition of the concept of "agroindustrial production" (APV), methodical approach to comparing the organizational structure of market relations in a dynamic period; were further developed areas of the integration process in agricultural production, methodical provisions on content integration and inter-sectoral nature of the impact of its activities on the main elements of agricultural production, especially the formation and development of inter-sectoral cooperation agricultural production.
