It was investigated the theoretical position and clarified the concept-categorical apparatus of the logistics nature, system approach to the logistics function and meaning of efficiency concept. It was grounded the methodological approaches and methodological foundations of the industry logistics systems efficiency increase. It was detected the factors that form the synergistic effect of logistics functions in the grain-productive sub-complex AIC and the potential reserves to reduce the logistics costs. It was conducted the analysis of the quantitative parameters and the organizational and economic conditions for the operation of logistics systems sector enterprises and assessed the economic efficiency of the industry. It was grounded the conceptual approaches and developed the offers for the structural-functional and institutional support mechanism for the effective development of the grain market. It was suggested an empirical model of the grain logistics efficient development in Ukraine and identified the potential opportunities and conditions for the enterprises of the grain-productive sub-complex AIC integration in the global logistics systems.
