Object: processes of transformation of investment system of Ukraine under the influence of objective evolutionary factors and regulatory actions. The aim: is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of regulation of transformation of investment system, that are adequate to modern realities and requirements of efficient development of the national economy of Ukraine that is based on the principles of the balance of interests and efficiency. Research methods: scientific abstraction, logic generalization, multi-criterial systematization, analysis, synthesis, statistical and economic analysis, econometric, mathematical statistics and modeling, program-oriented approach. Theortical and practical results: it is developed the methodological framework for the regulation of transformation of investment system of Ukraine at the national and regional levels for individual economic activities and market sectors, as well as for evaluation of the efficiency of the investment system and of measures for its regulation in functional, sectoral-market and territorial basis. Novelty: it is developed the theoretical and methodological principles and conceptual, methodical approaches and practical recommendations, concerning the regulation of investment system transformation of Ukraine, that are aimed on the socio-economic development of Ukraine.
