Нotra V. Formation of state priorities of investment support of Ukraine's AIC innovation development in the process of European integration

The thesis is devoted to the working out and substantiation of theoretical and conceptual bases and methodological tools of formation of investment state support mechanism of agro-industrial complex' innovative development, which forms the national development priorities of the agricultural economy and outlines preconditions for European integration in the agricultural sector of the national economy. Setting new scientific problems of formation of investment state support mechanism and interactive regulation of innovative development of AIC in the process of European integration has been scientifically substantiated and offered. Conceptual bases of integrative system of management of agro-industrial complex' innovative development have been grounded, existing subsystems, stages, forms and methods of financial and economic regulation of this process have been analyzed. An anti-crisis scheme of public financial support for innovation development of agro-industrial complex has been proposed. The advantages and conditions of the territorial and sectoral innovation clusters in terms of realizing the economic interests of agro-industrial complex in the sphere of innovation development have been researched. The model of constructing the innovative formations' architectonics cluster as the new network forms of agro-industrial production organization has been worked-out. A marketing mix for stimulation of innovative activity as a tool of improving the competitiveness of agro-industrial complex has been offered. The possibility of obtaining socio-economic benefits from the creation of agro-industrial cluster taking into account the effect of diffusion of system innovations has been defined.
