Gudkova V. Ensuring of the effective activity of passenger transport enterprises in the conditions of socially oriented Economics

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of ensuring of the effective activity of passenger transport enterprises. The contents of the methodological guidelines for the effective functioning of passenger transport enterprises allowing the determination of basic theoretical position on the formation of rules of conduct in the commercialization and socialization of functioning is presented and discovered in this thesis. The formation is designed and synthesized in the form of three-dimensional model according to the fundamentally new principles. These foundations allow us to separate all functions of carriers and to differentiate the type of service and conditions of the provision this service to passengers. It is proposed to create a mechanism to ensure the effective functioning which assumes the transition from personalized commercial service to providing preferential and further standard service in case of dissatisfaction of social needs. There were created the deterministic factor models taking into account the necessity of socialization of the economical functioning. It was establed and showed content of methodoligal principles.
