Dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific problems of oncology – the establishment of molecular, structural and functional features of paraneoplastic syndrome in lung cancer and proved its relationship with prognosis and long-term outcomes of patients. The multifactorial analysis of clinical, biochemical, immunological, morphological and molecular changes in lung cancer patients with paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome indicates more aggressive and malignant course of tumor in this patient population and can provide this syndrome as unfavorable prognostic factor in lung cancer.
