Khokhuliak V. Science of financial law: problems of formation and development.

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the formation of national science of financial law as an integrated, holistic field of legal knowledge and legal discipline. It is proved that the subject of science of financial law is inherent in both the subjective and historical character. In its subjective nature affects the process of positioning the subject of cognitive activity in the existing system of values and ideological origin of jurisprudence. The historic nature of the subject of science of financial law is that it is directly related to the stage where there is a particular time of scientific knowledge as a whole and its individual sectors. The modern development of science of financial law stimulates the transformation of its own methodological arsenal, which has such features: a) search for objective reasons to explain the social reality; b) the concentration methods of knowledge on subjective side of social relations; c) moving to methodological pluralism. The development of modern science of financial law is a natural process caused by external factors objectively existing.
