Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of basic and applied aspects of the influence of polymeric guanidine derivatives. Namely, action salts polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMG) on biological systems and organismic biocenose levels of the organization. Ecological features and biophysical mechanisms of action PHMG investigated. It was found that disinfectants based PHMG cooked in their job concentrations do not pose a significant threat to the macro-organisms and ecological systems. Monitoring the drug in ecosystems is recommended only when the conditions of its use in large-scale disinfection by prolonged admission or emergency situations. Toxic doses to invertebrates and vertebrates, including aquatic organisms, to higher and lower plants are determined. Applied environmental problems associated with the use of salt in the preparation of PHMG drinking water solved. Іt has been found that the effects caused by the drug in the first place associated with its effect on the cytoplasmic membrane of the cell. The main "target" is its phospholipids. Influence PHMG to ion permeability of artificial bilayer phospholipid membrane (BLM) was first studied. Research by BLM and mass spectrometry to clarify the physical and chemical mechanisms of absorption of the drug allowed. PHMG adsorption on the cell membrane has irreversible. It is in any phospholipid composition occurs.Drug contamination of ecological systems prevents xenobiotics. PHMG out of the water (flocculation or flotation) organic compounds, surfactants, oil, heavy metals and other extracts. It pathogens and infestations destroys. PHMG is, in comparison with other biocides, significantly less toxicity and has chemical aggressiveness. It by the organization sustainable and environmentally sound agricultural practices should be used there.
