Essay

Object: management processes in the formation and development of national markets economic resources of agrarian sector of Ukraine. Purpose: to develop proposals for improving the formation mechanism of market economic resources of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and manage their development. Methods: dialectics, comparison, analogy, generalization; systems analysis; logical modeling and forecasting. It is offered: systemic conceptual model of resource management markets in the agricultural sector of the national economy; formed a system of predictive model resource markets in the near and relatively distant future; improved land market definition; the mechanism for setting land rent; Suggestions on optimal balance of different crops in natural agricultural regions of Ukraine. Scope of usage: The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
