Object: the formation of local integrated systems in cooperation with consumer cooperatives. Purpose: To study theoretical, methodological and applied scientific principles that define the conceptual platform formation of local integrated systems in cooperation with consumer cooperatives, as well as mechanisms for their effective functioning in the market environment. It is offered: methodological approaches and institutional, economic and organizational possibilities of vertical integration cooperative companies and other entities of legal forms; theoretical and methodological provision of structural models of economic integration in cooperation with consumer cooperatives; methodical approach to building cross-functional integration relations; systematization improved external and internal conditions, factors and fundamentals of modeling the creation and development of local integrated systems in cooperation with consumer cooperatives.
