Essay

The phenomenon of criminal violence is researched in this work. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the complex criminological, criminal and legal approach to the definition of criminal violence are determined and scientifically grounded. The features of physical and psychological violence as criminological, criminal and legal categories are established. Norms of the General and Special parts of the legislation, which provide criminal liability for crimes related to the violence, are analyzed. Author's recommendations to improve the relevant norms are provided.
