The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific methodology for the preparation of biorelevant derivatives of aminocarboxylic, aminophosphonic and bisphosphonic acids, based on functionalization of alpha-iminocarboxylates and iminophosphonates, and elucidation of the synthetic potentialities of these novel building blocks in synthesis, including asymmetric synthesis, of acyclic and heterocyclic compounds bearing pharmacophoric aminocarboxylic and/or aminophosphonic fragment. A special attention is given to the compounds with polyfluoroalkyl groups
