Essay

The objective of research: the process of electricity supply of consumers and the ways of its improvement under the conditions of implementation of distributed generation (DG) and the construction of microgrids. The purpose of research: development of scientific bases, methods and algorithms for determining the parameters of loads, estimates of the output of power generating sources, as well as the structure of microgrids, considering the uncertainty of information to ensure the optimal conditions for the integration and use of DG in the low and medium voltage networks. Methods: the theory of fuzzy sets, neural networks, theory of experiment decision, interval analysis, multicriteria decision-making methods, statistical methods of analysis, simulation modeling. Theoretical and practical results, innovations: a rapid method that allows one to choose the optimal conditions for the use of DG sources with the objective to minimize the power and energy losses is proposed. A new method for constructing models of looped networks through the use of mathematical apparatus of the theory of experimental design to assess changes in power and energy losses in terms of integration in the DG sources attached to them is proposed. First proposed and implemented A method of decision-making associated with the formation of a multi-dimensional payment matrix which allows one to take into account the uncertainty of information and multi-criteria nature of the problem of determining the optimal structure and parameters of microgrids is developed.
