The dissertation is devoted to the ethic-philosophical analysis of the system of social morality in the context of the basic principles of synergetics. Theoretical and methodological bases of research and the degree of scientific study of the problem are elucidated in the work. The structure of the system of social morality (macro level of moral consciousness and micro level of moral practice) and its main features as open complex system (complexity, nonlinearity, openness, self-organization) are described. Specificity of connection of the system of social morality with the environmental factors that have the greatest influence on its development and functioning (control factors) is analyzed. The main stages of development of the system of social morality and specific of moral chaos and bifurcations are elucidated. The main ways to influence the development and functioning of the system of social morality are determined.
