Essay

This research focuses on theoretical and practical problems of providing expert pre-trial investigation. Based on analysis of the current provisions of the general theory of criminalistics and forensic examination of the notion expert support, determined its contents and subjects studied history of peer institutions. The system of peer institutions in Ukraine and suggested areas for improvement in terms of their adversarial system of justice. Proposals for improving the current legislation regulating the activities of the expert.
