Essay

The dissertation provides reasoning and setting-up theoretical and methodological principles of junior specialists vocational training at radio engineering colleges. The presented principles are based on the systemic-, person- and activity competency approaches, as well as on the integrative, synergetic and resource characteristics. The structure peculiarities and didactic aspects of vocational training enabled us to define the main directions, aspects, functions and components of their optimization. Besides, the model of competency-based radio engineering students training has been developed and the results of the experimental verification presented. At the same time the organizational and pedagogical conditions of efficient training have been reasoned and realized. On the methodological, theoretical and methodical levels, the concept of specialists training has been proposed. The main principles, structure, functions and stages of competency development within the students of the analysed speciality have been specified. According to the model of competency-based training in the sphere of radio-engineering have been introduced, which implies the setting-up of the systemic connections between the processes of designing, competency formation and monitoring students' level of the acquired professional qualitues. The practical realisation of methodological optimal principles in the scheme of junior training in radio engineering may contribute much to a more effective training at the technical colleges.
