Mishchuk M. Problems of legal regulation of social partnership in labor law in Ukraine

Provided legal characteristics and investigated historical genesis of the formation and development of social partnership in labor law Ukraine, defined concepts, objectives, principles, tasks and functions of social partnership relations. Examined the essence and importance of social partnership relations, determined their structure and given its own classification. Studied the structure of the mechanism of legal regulation of social partnership in labor law of Ukraine and analyzed types of legal liability for the violation of rights of the parties of social and partnership relations. Singled out the peculiarities of the legal status of the subjects of social partnership and defined their goals and objectives. Reasonably developed and argumented main trends of further development of legal regulation of social partnership in labor law in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to a detailed analysis of foreign experience of social partnership, as well as the definition possibilities of its use in Ukraine.
