Tryfonova O. Management sustainable functioning of coal-mining enterprises

Object of the study is processes of management coal-mining enterprise in modern condition of the development of the economy of the Ukraine. Objective of study is shaping theorist-methodological basis and scientifically-methodical provision of management firm operation coal-mining enterprise, development practical recommendation upon their realization. Methods of research are structured-comparative, functional, correlation-regressive and in abstract-logical analysis, comparisons and generalizations, taxonomistic, economic and mathematical modelling, graph-analytical, tabular and graphic. Theoretical and practical results: shaping to holistic concept and motivation of the mechanism of management firm operation coal-mining enterprise; increasing quality and operation taking the management decisions operative, tactical and long-term nature. Novelty: development to concepts, theorist-methodological and scientifically-methodical basis of management firm operation coal-mining enterprise on base of the general theory of the systems. Degree of the introduction by: coal-mining enterprises, Gorlivska executive management on liquidations of the mines SE "Donvuglerestrukturizaciia". Sphere of use is coal-mining enterprises.
