Liashok Y. Sustainable development of population welfare provision sectors within the context of the development of socially oriented economy of Ukraine

The research focuses on theoretical and methodological foundations, providing methodical support and practical recommendations for sustainable development of population welfare provision sectors within the context of the development of socially oriented economy of Ukraine. A concept of independent and sustainable development of population welfare provision system in the social and economic system of Ukraine is proposed and the mechanism for the concept implementation at all levels of the national economy management is working out. A concept lies in the integration of heat and water supply activities into a consolidated and independent system and involves the use of financial management tools of economic imbalances as a dominant function of socialization process of the national economy and minimizing threats to economic safety in the socially oriented market economy development. The mechanism of integrated management of sustainable development of population life activity provision sectors is developed, which is based on determining the sequence of actions under the priority of factors that limit the sustainability of the development of population life activity provision system has been worked out as well as the system of its organizational and information support has been improved.
