Object: the professionalism of management in terms of innovative development of professional management system. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for the system development process of professionalization of management. Methods: The morphological analysis; system-structural approach; diagnostic; logical and comparative method; empirical method; methods of statistical analysis; method of correlation and regression analysis; cluster analysis method; methods of economic-mathematical modeling; functional synthesis. It is offered: A conceptual mechanism professionalization of management activity in Ukraine; the system proposed research base of knowledge of modern professional management system; substantiated scientific methodical provisions for specialization of administrative activities in management science analysts (consulting) and management practices; the mechanism of interaction between science, analytics and management practices; the model of management education; the necessity of the proposed model and the development of professional management system based on integrated factors and indices professionalization of management.
