Kuksa I. State regulation of innovative processes in agroindustrial complex of Ukraine

The thesis studies the gnosiological and ontological essence of the category "innovative development of the agroindustrial complex" as a subject and also an object of science research. The author grounds the statement of a new research problem - formation of innovative mechanisms for state regulation of innovative processes in the agroindustrial complex under Eurointegration. Conceptual grounds for the integrative mechanisms of state regulation of innovative processes in agroindustrial complex are formulated. The author offers a monitoring system for financial provision of innovative processes in agroindustrial complex as a set of methods and directions in institutional support for innovative activities. The conceptual grounds are presented here for the integrating model of innovative development management in agroindustrial complex, its subsystems are analyzed along with the stages, forms and methods of this process provision and maintenance. An organizational economic mechanism is suggested for activization of state regulation of agricultural innovative development. The reformed system of state support for innovative development of agroindustrial complex under Eurointegration conditions is offered. The author has developed a cluster model of innovative development for agroindustrial complex based on public-private partnership. Priority directions in state support for innovative development of agroindustrial complex are determined. The author explains his original vision on the improvement of state regulation mechanism in innovative development of agroindustrial complex in the context of Eurointegration processes. The most expedient state levers for the innovative climate formation in agroindustrial complex are described and explained in detail. State forms of financing the innovative development of agroindustrial complex are described from the viewpoint of finding the opportunities of considering the economic interests of all agricultural stakeholders. Improvements in innovative infrastructure for agroindustrial complex are offered as the instruments of increasing the competitiveness of the agroindustrial complex based on taking into account the economic interests of all participants involved.
