Shabanov R. Doctrine of employment as a component of social protection against unemployment

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and law problems of law mechanism for implementing the right to employment and right to social protection against unemployment. The author using modern methodology and methods of learning, taking into account the latest achievements of law science to a new level is researched the role and significance of specific law mechanisms to ensure and promote employment in the context of the right to employment. The thesis is summarized current theoretical and law problems of differentiation of the right to work and right to employment; defined the specific content of the right to employment; described the law status of the unemployed as an entity for employment; considered law guarantees and ways of realizing the right to employment and right to social protection against unemployment; defined legal mechanism for the implementation of these rights and outlines the principles of state regulation in this sphere; defined and characterized the atypical form of the right to employment. On the basis of the conducted analysis the proposals to improve the operating normative-legal acts and develop new acts in the field of employment and social protection against unemployment are formulated.
