Essay

The object of study-the process of information measuring system (IMS) of coordinate setting parameters by diamond grinding under conditions of incomplete information and acting of random interference; the aim of study is to improve the efficiency of hardware of information measuring system of coordinate setting parameters by diamond grinding under conditions of incomplete information and acting of random interference by developing of methodical principles of their construction; research methods are based on the system analysis, automatic control theory and intelligent control under conditions of incomplete information, installation, processing, encoding and decoding data, probability theory, mathematical statistics and theory of stochastic processes, theory of errors, computer simulation; theoretical results- developed the theoretical basis for IMS building based on indirect measurements of a two dimensional vector of microroughnesses and cutting properties of the circle, the concept of IMS software control movements of hardware, theoretical basis for the construction of the signal processing devices using a quadratic criterion of quality, criterion for indirect estimation of current roughness based on measurements of deviation signal of the grinding wheel rotation sped, a method of increasing the accuracy of the measurement of deviation signal based on compensation of kinetic error of the primary converter; practical results- developed methodology of evaluation of cutting properties of diamond tools based on indirect measurements, , installation, processing, encoding and decoding, analysis of possible interference characteristics, evaluation of the reliability of research data, the summation of the random error component of the input signals and interference. The degree of implementation- the results of the thesis are introduced in the following Kharkiv industrial enterprises: KhMBP “FED”, JSC “AVTRAMAT”, JSC XTZ, PA “Malyshev PLANT”. Scope of use-algorithms and software as part of process automation systems.
