Yanishen I. Clinical and technological aspects of providing quality of treatment in prosthetic dentistry.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of prosthetic dentistry, which was the justification of the methodology, algorithms and directions of providing quality in the treatment of patients with dentition defects due to the innovative developments in the domain of dental materials science. The target selection of structural and auxiliary tooth-technical materials in the laboratory stage of manufacturing prosthetic designs and implementing the principles of monitoring quality of treatment removable and fixed dentures at the standard of individual establishments and dental care at the regional grade. The indicators of monitoring the status of prosthetic designs and grounded prognostic algorithms their quality in early and distant periods of clinical use of dental dentures. It is proved that the target selection of the tooth-technical materials for the manufacture of orthopedic designs should be based on a multifactorial assessment of the quality, structural complaintant. Implemented into production new and improved existing domestic dental materials. It is proved that the manufacture of dentures with a high level of design coherence of dental materials increases the efficiency of orthopedic treatment due to the positive changes in biophysical, biochemical and immune properties of oral fluid, state of prosthetic region tissues, and microbiocenosis of the oral cavity in general.
