The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological guidelines and recommendations on the formation and functioning of governance and the effective use of internal resources of agricultural enterprises. The thesis proposed the concept of strategic management of the internal resource potential of agricultural enterprises, which can detect an adequate strategy to increase competitiveness. Grounded economic mechanism of rationalization of management of internal resources of agricultural enterprises, which allows you to redeploy resources for the implementation of tactical plans and achieve the strategic objectives of the agricultural enterprise. The mechanism of the internal innovative environment for agricultural enterprises, which is based on the principles of self-organizing systems, agreeing objectives and areas of resource management base areas on the basis of innovation.
