Essay

Object of study: multi destructive pulmonary tuberculosis; aim: to increase efficiency and improve chemotherapy tolerance by patients with multi destructive pulmonary tuberculosis by establishing the pathogenic mechanisms of severe disease and the development of additional treatment complex aimed to correct the immunological, biochemical and autonomic changes, as well as reduce the side effects as a result of anti-TB drugs; methods of research: general clinical, radiological, microbiological, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistics; novelty: refined scientific data on the pathogenic changes in immunological, biochemical and autonomic parameters and communication between patients with MDR destructive tuberculosis; proved additional pathogenetic treatment that is aimed at correcting the immunological and autonomic disorders changes of lipid proteins peroxidation with the removal of endogenous intoxication secondary features in the application which increases the effectiveness of treatment by 23.1% and to reduce the side effects side as a result of anti-TB drugs. Field of application: medicine.
