There are solutions to the problem of differential treatment of patients with ichthyosis with regard to the disease in the thesis. For the first time it was conducted a statistical comparative analysis of the incidence of ichthyosis, given the nature and severity of the clinical course of henodermatoz of the population of Vinnytsia region. Investigating the clinical and epidemiological features of ichthyosis regard must bi paid to gender, age features and options of the disease of Vinnytsia region patients.The proposed comprehensive program of scientifically proven algorithms and comprehensive primary clinical laboratory and special examinations of patients with ichthyosis allow timely and effectively establish peculiarities of ichthyosis, expand understanding regarding its pathogenesis.Developed and tested the treatment regimen of patients with ichthyosis, which provides differentiated staged a systematic retinoid (retinol palmitate), with a gradual decrease in the daily dose of the drug and the simultaneous use of therapeutic agents for local effects (retinoids, keratolytics and emollients), which improves the effectiveness of treatment, improve the clinical laboratory parameters, monitor the activity of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients with ichthyosis
