Object - the management of the resource potential of the industrial complex of the penitentiary system of Ukraine; goal - to study theoretical and methodological basis and development of techniques and applied the provisions on management of the resource potential of the industrial complex of the penitentiary system of Ukraine; methods - retrospective analysis, a comprehensive and systematic analysis, correlation and regression analysis, graphical-analytical, analytical grouping, abstract logic, calculation and constructive analysis is the synthesis, sampling, taksonometrichny, logical method; novelty - is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis is the methodical positions and recommendations concerning the management of the resource potential of the industrial complex of the penitentiary system of Ukraine; results - Development of evidence-based and methodically completed recommendations for improving the mechanism of management resource potential of the industrial complex of the penitentiary system of Ukraine; implemented - in state-owned enterprises perform punishments institutions in the Odessa region (reference number 2-1469 from 03.12.2014); in state-owned enterprises perform penalties facilities in Kharkiv region (reference number 22/870br/99-14 from 17.03.2014); institutions performing punishment Vinnitsa region (reference number 7/1587 from 17.03.2014); in state-owned enterprises perform punishments institutions in Chernihiv region (reference number 4/561 from 04.15.2014); in the State Penal Service of Ukraine (reference number 5/2-1719-2-15 from 04.21.2015).
