Тokmakova I. Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of harmonic development support for the railway transport of Ukraine.

Object - process of harmonic development support for the railway transport. Goal - development of theoretical and methodological fundamentals, methodological approaches and practical guidelines regarding harmonic development support for the railway transport under transformational changes in the global and domestic economies and at the railway transport. Methods - comparison, graphical analysis, systematic approach, systematization, classification, abstraction, logic analysis, modelling, expert method, computational and analytical method. Novelty- for the first time there were defined key contradictions of railway transport operation; developed the methodology, concept, business mechanism of harmonic development for the railway transport; proposed formation of branch promotion employment service; there were improved: adaptive management system for innovative activities of railway enterprises; theoretical fundamentals and strategic partnership model with the involvement of railway transport; approach to activization of personnel's activities concerning competence increase; adaptive management system for the railway transport on the basis of formation of information and coordination centre for Ukrzaliznytsia; approach to anti-crisis management for the resource potential of railway enterprises; there was further development for approach to socially business responsibility of railway enterprises under reform; the concept "emergent advantages of strategic business partnerships with the involvement of railway transport"; propositions regarding the transition of railway enterprises to economical production, the systematization of negative influence factors on railway transport operation. The results - there were formed theoretical and methodological fundamentals, methodological and practical approaches to harmonic development support for the railway transport of Ukraine.
