Korzh N. The effectiveness of corporate capital management

The thesis deals with solving of an important economic problem - the development of theoretical and methodological aрproaches to corporate capital management via optimization of its structure, which is an important factor that increases the effectiveness of corporations, functioning under dynamic conditions of the external environment. In order to increase the effectiveness of corporate capital management the methodology of the formation and management of optimal corporate capital structure was developed on the basis of creating a value proposition, which is based on the theories of management, capital, corporate management, financial management, organizational life cycle, capital structure (neoclassical theories, institutional theories (signalling, conflict of interest, behavioural). The author gives definitions to such notions as 'capital', 'corporate capital', 'capital structure', supplements characteristics to classify capital structure theories.
